  4. In five years from now, I'll have finished studying finance which will be my major, so I'll be done with school. In addition, I'll have gotten my career at home. Beside that, I'll have traveled to Spain which is my dream. As results, in five years, I'll be in a lot better position than I am in right now.

  6. The next 5 years will be the most achievable ones as I see them from my current stand. My obvious and simple plan is to continue my postgraduate studies in The U.S. in the field of Mass Communication.

In 2017, I think that I will be in my last year in the PhD program, and will have already obtained my master's degree. In addition, If things have gone decently for me, I will then have visited most of the major cities in Europe.

Besides that, I look forward to contributing effectively in expanding the benefits that the media field provides to my country.

Lastly, I see myself after 5 years from now as a well-rounded person who takes his many responsibilities in several aspects of his life seriously.

  8. In five years, I’m 26 years old. I don’t think I will get married, but I will work hard as a cabin attendant for international flights. I have dreamed of becoming it for a long time, so I will make a dream come true. Before I retire the job, I will have been visiting many countries. Also, I will study English even if it passes 5 years. I hope my English skill will improve more in 5 years.

  10. I was listening to one of my all time favorite songs -- "Who says" by John Mayer while typing this blog, just seems to be the perfect song for the moment.

life can be pretty unpredictable. I always see myself as an organized person with everything planned way ahead of other people. I will wrap up the language credits class here in Davis and head to Berkeley next year to start my grad school, that will be exactly 5 years when I'm about to finish my ph.D there. And I will hit the big 30, a major milestone for a man. It's kind like magic that all those big events are gathered in the same time right?

After reading all you guys' blogs, it just made me so motivated since you all have a clear life goal and you're fighting for what you believe in - yourself. Keep that faith guys, the reason why I bring "life can be unpredictable" is that it's the truth, anything could happen, can be good can be bad, but under any situation, don't stop believing in yourself, because it's worth more than any fortune or wealth you will have in your whole life.

I hope after 5 years if we ever have the chance to read this blog again, there will be a smile on everyone's face.

  11. After five years, I will be 22 years old. At that time, I may have just finished my undergraduate life. Of course I'd like to continue my school work till getting the master degree. However, grasping an opportunity of a good job and experience more before master is also acceptable for me. As for major, I think I will study something about accounting or computer science. When I am 22, I will have been a excellent accountant or a rare female programmer who have already had ability to support myself but not ask my parents for money any more. During the spare time of my 4-year college life, I will travel around the US to visit all my classmates and relatives. After graduated from UC Davis, I may have left Davis and been in Boston, the city I like most.

Five years is powerful enough to change everything. These dreams are always the dreams but nor plans. What I have to do now is to study well and get 550 in PBT to go to the UC Davis and that's the reason why I write this article.

    1. I think it is important for you for the next 5 years. College is also an important part of life. You will meet a lot of people who may be your colleagues in the future since you will be in the same field. It is useful when you want to interview a job or something else.
